I have been banned.

Depends on the reason, for example:

  1. Having more than 1 payment address is not allowed, if the security system detects it, you will be banned automatically.
  2. If you try to commit fraud and our system detects you will be banned automatically.
  3. If we suspect that you are trying to take advantage of any failure, we can be banned without warning.
  4. If you have too many attempts to complete rejected deposits, we can be banned without warning.
  5. If you think you have been banned by mistake, please contact support.

Any personal information that you provide to us are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone.

 

Why has my account been deleted?

Accounts may be deleted for reasons, not limited to, inappropriate behavior/abuse towards other members and/or the administration of Multinstante/filing of payment disputes and several other reasons.

What is Multinstante Refund Policy?

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR DIGITALLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES DUE TO THEIR INTANGIBLE NATURE!

 

Will I lose count during my absence?

If you do not log in to your account for 100 days, your account will be deactivated and you will need to create a new account or reactivate it with all balances reset to zero.
